1. Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Ans:
YES except for Israel, Iraq, Lebanon, and Chad. However, it does subject to respective countries restrictions.

2: What are the shipping days and charges?
Ans:
International Shipping & Handling Fees:
All parcels send via International registered airmail, it costs $5.00 for the 1st unit. On top of that, $1.50 will be charged for every additional single unit. Delivery for international registered air mail will take 14 to 25 business days*, depending on the location of the country and custom clearing processes.
(*Business days EXCLUDES of Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday)
Federal Express (FedEx) is applicable for most of the countries. FedEx shipping costs are varied in accordance to location of country. Rates charged from USD10.00 onwards.
There are two Fedex services, which are Fedex Economic Express and Priority Express. Economic express will take about 5 to 7 business days. Priority Express takes about 1-4 business days. Please refer to tables below for comparison of various shipping services.
*The Shipping charges varied depends on the weight and the location of destination of countries. Please be noted that International shipments may be subjected to import taxes, duties, broker charges and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. How fast do you ship or deliver?
Ans:
Pinkyparadise.com takes 3 working days to process your orders once your purchase is completed. If you would like to calculate product delivery date, please add 3 days of processing on top of the shipping days. For example, if you select Fedex Priority Express as your shipping option, the delivery days are between 3 to 7 working days. With the exception on those products which are ‘out of orders’, it may need additional 7 to 12 business days to deliver.
4: Which are the countries that do not have the Fedex service?
Ans:
Pinkyparadise.com decided NOT to provide Fedex shipping to Mexico and South America and Japan due to the rigid and strict custom regulations. Of course, we do provide alternative service which is International Registered Mail. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
5: Handling fees?
Ans:
Pinkyparadise.com will impose $1 on each order, the amount will be automatically added to your original shipping fees.
