Health and safety is our number one priority
PinkyParadise has been taking the necessary safety measures to ensure that the health and safety for our customers and staff is a number one priority.
All our products are safely stored in our sanitized warehouse and have arrived in our facilities since the middle of 2019. The warehouse is cleaned and sanitized daily and our operations team have been wearing masks whilst handling any products for shipment.
Due to PinkyParadise being an online business, we do not have any walk-in customers and this helps to limit the number of people working at the office, thus reducing the risk.
Implemented at the end of February 2020, all staff that went for any overseas travel have been in self-quarantine for 14 days and are required to have a full body checkup before reporting to work. Once the tests are cleared and they are back at work, they were required to wear a face mask for 1 week.
The office has also provided a number of hand sanitizers for the staff to use as well as masks. Pinkyparadise has also started a ‘work from home’ policy to allow their employees to practice social distancing recommended by the Malaysian Health Ministry
