3. Make sure the lens is not inside out and has a perfect bowl shape.
4. Hold your eye open with your middle finger on the lower lid, and your index finger holding your upper lid.
4. Staring straight ahead and gently place the lens in the centre of your eye.
5. Close your eyes for a moment to help the lens settle.
