Preise

Jeder Gewinner erhält ein Paar Circle Linsen von PinkyParadise. Die Gewinner werden auf Instagram bekannt gegeben und per Direktnachricht kontaktiert.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen gelten

  1. Kunden nehmen automatisch am Wettbewerb teil, sobald sie ihr Foto auf Instagram mit dem Hashtag #Pinkyparadise hochladen und es mit einer kurzen Bewertung versehen.
  2. Mehrere Einträge sind erlaubt, jedoch wird nur ein (1) Foto pro Teilnehmer als Eintrag gezählt.
  3. Ihr Instagram-Konto muss auf öffentlich eingestellt sein.
  4. DREI (3) Gewinner werden zu Beginn jedes Monats für die Einträge des Vormonats bekannt gegeben. Die Gewinner werden auf Instagram bekannt gegeben und per Direktnachricht kontaktiert.
  5. Die Auswahl der Gewinner ist endgültig und es wird kein weiterer Kontakt erfolgen.
  6. Alle eingereichten Fotos werden moderiert und jegliche Fotos mit unangemessenem Inhalt werden ausgeschlossen und der Teilnehmer vom Wettbewerb disqualifiziert.
  7. Alle eingereichten Bewertungen und Fotos gehen automatisch in das Eigentum von PinkyParadise über. Alle Teilnehmer stimmen zu, dass ihre Fotos für Werbezwecke auf unserer Website und anderen Medien verwendet werden können.
  8. Alle Teilnehmer garantieren, dass die eingereichten Fotos ihr eigenes Werk sind und sie das Urheberrecht daran besitzen. PinkyParadise behält sich das Recht vor, jeden Beitrag sofort zu disqualifizieren, wenn Grund zur Annahme besteht, dass die Veröffentlichung des Fotos gegen das Urheberrecht oder andere Rechte Dritter verstoßen würde.
  9. Der Wettbewerb wird in keiner Weise gesponsert, unterstützt oder von Instagram organisiert oder mit Instagram in Zusammenhang gebracht.
  10. Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen können ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden.
