Premier

Hver vinner vil motta et par sirkeløyne fra PinkyParadise. Vinnerne vil bli kunngjort på Instagram og kontaktet via direktemelding.

  1. Kunder får automatisk deltakelse i konkurransen når de laster opp et bilde på Instagram med hashtaggen #Pinkyparadise og legger ved en kort anmeldelse.
  2. Flere deltakelser er tillatt, men bare ett (1) bilde per deltaker vil bli talt som en deltaking.
  3. Din Instagram-konto må være satt til offentlig.
  4. TRE (3) vinnerne vil bli annonsert i starten av hver måned
    for forrige måneds innleveringer. Vinnerne vil bli annonsert på Instagram og kontaktet via direktemelding.
  5. Valget av vinner er endelig, og ingen korrespondanse vil bli tatt i mot.
  6. Hvert innsendt bilde vil bli moderert, og bilder med upassende innhold vil bli utelatt, og deltakeren diskvalifisert fra konkurransen.
  7. Alle innsendte anmeldelser og bilder blir automatisk eiendom til
    PinkyParadise. Alle deltakere samtykker i at konkurransen kan bruke deres bilde(r) til reklameformål og vise dem på vårt nettsted og andre medier.
  8. Alle deltakere garanterer at de bilder de sender inn er deres eget arbeid, og at de eier opphavsretten til dem. PinkyParadise forbeholder seg retten til å diskvalifisere hvilken som helst deltaker umiddelbart dersom det er grunn til å tro at publisering av bildet vil krenke en tredjeparts opphavsrett eller andre rettigheter eller krav.
