How to get my sponsorship lenses?
Fill out the form and you’ll receive a special code to place your sponsorship order.
Why am I still being charged?
You don't need to pay for anything. Please ensure you've added the eligible items mentioned in our email instructions and applied your special code at checkout.
Why is my order taking so long to process?
Due to the high volume of requests, the response time is longer than usual. Please allow up to 7-14 working days for our team to review your submission and process your order.
How long does delivery take?
It will take around 21-30 working days or 30-60working days (for certain countries) for the package to reach you once it's shipped.
Why I can't pick my prescription?
If your preferred prescription is not showing in the product dropdown list, it means that your prescription is currently sold out. Please proceed by selecting another alternative option.
How to track my package?
You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped with the tracking number along with tracking number site to track your order. You can also track the package status on our website here.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
While we cover your shipping fees, international orders may be subject to customs duties and fees imposed by your country's customs upon arrival, as custom policies vary widely between countries.
But don't worry! We’re happy to help cover these fees. If you pay any taxes, please keep your receipt and fill out this claim form and we’ll refund the tax amount accordingly via Paypal only.
When does the campaign end?
The campaign runs until October 31, 2025.
When should I post my deliverables?
You should aim to post your deliverable within 1-2 weeks after you receive your PR package. But no worries, just post when it fits best into your schedule!

Ensure the product is visible and stands out with crisper, clearer video footage and high-resolution visuals. To achieve the best results, we recommend focusing on these areas:
- Authentic UGC: Showcasing genuine & authentic experiences with your lenses
- Try-on/Review: Share your personal experience, highlighting the product's benefits/features, talking about why you love the product, the wearing effect, and the look the product(s) help you create
- Informative & persuasive: Detailed product reviews and demonstrations like close-up shots, before-and-after comparisons, tips and highlighting benefits/features.
- Engaging content: Share your personal experience and how you incorporate the products, showcasing them engagingly—whether through makeup looks, tutorials, or try-on reviews.
