How to get my sponsorship lenses?
Login with your account with us, then place the order of the lenses with your shipping information.
Why am I still being charged?
You don't have to pay for anything. You're required to login to your PR account to place your order, as we've set it up for free checkouts. If you're still being charged after logging in, it's likely due to a caching issue on your device. The lenses may have been added to your cart before you logged in, so the updated account settings weren't applied. To resolve this, please ensure you're logged in to your PR account, remove everything from your cart, and then re-add the lenses. This will allow the system to reset to the new settings.
Why do the products still show a price?
Please ensure you're logged in to your PR account that we set up for you. Add the eligible pairs of contacts, and you should see them all marked as free at checkout even including shipping.
Why is my order taking so long to process?
Due to high volume of requests, the response time is longer than usual. Please allow up to a week for our team to review your submission and process your order.
How long does delivery take?
It will take around 21-30 working days or 30-100 working days (for certain countries) for the package to reach you once it's shipped.
Why I can't pick my prescription?
If your preferred prescription is not showing in the drop-down list on our website, that means your prescription is sold out for the time being. Please proceed with picking another alternative options.
How to track my package?
You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped with the tracking number along with tracking number site to track your order. You can also track the package status on our website here.
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival as customs policies vary widely amongst countries. But don't worry! We'll cover duty costs on all order. You just need to pay the taxes and send us the receipt and we'll refund it back to you.
