By placing an order with Pinky Paradise, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Policies:

Please review our Return and Cancellation Policy, which covers defect/discomfort, returns and exchanges, product availability and order fulfillment, before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these policies in full.


2. Order Processing & Accuracy

  • Timeline: We process most orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Information Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at checkout, including but not limited to product selection, prescription information, shipping address, and contact details.
  • Merchant Liability: Pinky Paradise shall not be held liable for non-delivery, delays, or fulfillment errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

3. USA Delivery & Authorized Shipping Instructions

  • No Signature Required (NSR): For all deliveries within the United States, customers explicitly authorize the courier to complete delivery without requiring a physical signature at the door, front desk, or mailbox
  • Conclusive Proof of Fulfillment: A "Delivered" status recorded in the courier's official tracking system shall constitute conclusive and binding proof that Pinky Paradise has fulfilled its delivery obligations.
  • Once the courier marks the shipment as "Delivered," all risk of loss, damage, or theft (including but not limited to porch piracy) transfers fully to the customer.

4. Package Tracking & Dispute Policy

  • Mandatory Reporting Window: In the event of a missing package marked as "Delivered," the customer must notify Pinky Paradise within seven (7) business days to initiate a carrier investigation. Reports submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or assistance.
  • Filing a "Product Not Received" dispute or chargeback despite a valid delivery confirmation, or submitting a claim outside the stated reporting window, may be considered a breach of these Terms and may limit Pinky Paradise's ability to provide further assistance.
  • Shipping Liability: Pinky Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered shipments once the courier has taken possession of the package, provided that a delivery confirmation scan is produced.
  • Where applicable and reported within the required timeframe, Pinky Paradise may reasonably assist customers in communicating with the courier to initiate an investigation, without assuming liability for the outcome.

5. Payment & Fraud Prevention

  • Authorized Use: By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have obtained proper authorization from the cardholder to complete the transaction.
  • Liability Shift: Once an order has been successfully processed, fulfilled, and verified (including verification via 3D Secure or similar authentication methods), Pinky Paradise shall be protected against claims of unauthorized use, subject to applicable payment network rules.
  • Any foreign currency exchange fees, bank charges, or intermediary fees imposed by financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Eye Health & Safety

  • Consultation: Customers are strongly advised to consult a licensed eye care professional before ordering prescription contact lenses.
  • User Responsibility: Proper wear, care, and handling of contact lenses are the sole responsibility of the user. By purchasing from Pinky Paradise, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risks associated with contact lens use and agree to follow all provided care instructions

7. Final Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated above. You further acknowledge that Pinky Paradise shall not be liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from shipping delays, customs clearance processes, carrier handling, or theft occurring after a delivery confirmation has been recorded by the courier.
