1. Wash your hands
2. Place the lens in your palm and gently clean it with multipurpose solution
3. Make sure the lens is not inside out and has a perfect bowl shape.
4. Hold your eye open with your middle finger on the lower lid, and your index finger holding your upper lid.

5. Close your eyes for a moment to help the lens settle.
