Proper care of contact lenses

1. Wash your hands before handling your lenses.
2. Soak your lenses overnight in a fresh solution after each use.
3. Do not shower, swim or sleep in your contact lenses.
4. Never rinse your lenses in water from the tap.
5. Remove your lenses immediately if you experience eye discomfort.
6. Avoid wearing lenses for more than eight hours a day.
7. Adhere to the prescribed wearing and replacement schedule.
8. Don’t use expired contact lens solutions. Never reuse old solutions or top off remaining solutions in your case.
